which
we present you is correct and the only good quality solution
because it protects boiler from low return water temperature, which is controlled by
protecting sensor fixed at 70oC. Starting water temperature from boiler to
installation can be regulated through regulating amplifier and sensor placed at flow
start.
Three-way regulating valve
is installed as it is shown in schema and it mixes starting and returns water in
boiler, as well as starting and return water in installation.
When boiler starts from
cold state, three-way valve is closed between boiler and installation and at the same time
it is open between starting and return of boiler flow. In that way circulation, provided
by boiler circulating pump, is possible only in boiler and is lasting until return water
temperature reaches the requested level. After that, regulating amplifier is activated and
it controls water temperature to installation.
With correct selection of
regulating circuit in accordance with boiler capacity and regulated temperature in
regulating-protecting circuit, boiler protection and energy saving reach optimum.
Regulating-protecting
systems have already found long-lasting applications in ITG boilers and have justified our
high demands in exploitation. Realized effect in protection of boiler from low-temperature
corrosion is immeasurable but justify its technical solution, as well as protection of
boiler from high temperature differences of starting and return flows.
When boiler, equipped with
regulating-protecting circuit, is not in function of energy production, automatic device
closes three-way valve to installation and protect boiler from under-cooling. That way,
additional effect of energy saving can be managed, which is necessary for repeated start
of boiler. |
